Salade van rode biet met citrusvruchten
In the section delicious and surprising sides I’ll share this Citrus flavored Beetroot salad. With the earthy touch of winter this beetroot salad works perfect with a piece of wild game. The Guinea Fowl I shared last week for instance! But don’t worry, the citrus flavors in this recipe will balance it all out. With some additional nuts and the salty touch of Feta this salad is allready a complete meal on it’s own. But hey… We do love a piece of meat after all… Next time I’ll try to roast the Beetroots in between the coals for an extra smoky touch! So what do you think? What piece of meat would you serve along this salad?
The taste of winter is a blessing! With the earthy tones of the beetroot balanced with the citrus and mint, this beetroot salad will do great with a piece of wildgame! Go surprise your guests with this tasteful salad. Have fun!
