“Als je kip curry op de BBQ kan maken, dan kan je alles op de BBQ maken!” Amen to that! Het zijn niet mijn woorden maar die van Lorre-Belle (Belgian BBQ group lid) als reactie op de Kip Curry van Dave Heyninck (BBQ team Laurentius). Ik kan niet anders dan dit bevestigen. Met deze blog probeer ik zo gevarieerd mogelijke recepten te delen om dit statement duidelijk te maken. Er is niets leuker (en smaakvoller) dan buiten op een vuurtje koken. Alle recepten die je binnenshuis kan maken zijn ook perfect haalbaar op de BBQ met wat creativiteit (maar ook omgekeerd voor wie het liever in de oven schuift). Een dutch oven is dan ook een erg leuke aanvulling op de reguliere BBQ tools.
