Belgian Gin tonic Recipe

  • Atomic Gin (5 cl.)
  • Syndrome Indian Tonic (+- 100/125 ml.)
  • A few leaves Fresh Lemon Verbena
  • A pinch of Candied Peel
  • Dried Hibiscus Flower (2)
  • A pinch of elderlfower
  • 5 Ice Cubes


  1. Start by putting the candied peel, dried elderflower and dried Hibiscus in an infusion bag.
  2. Add them to 5cl. Atomic Gin and put aside for about 2 minutes. This way the condiments can release their flavours. This combination will enhance a fresh slightly bitter taste.
  3. Remove the infusion bag
  4. Add the Ice cubes to the glass.
  5. Carefully pour the Tonic in and serve with Lemon Verbena.
  6. Here’s your pure belgian gin tonic! Enjoy.
