Dr. Feelgood Ribs - Rock and roll baby!

Boost your immunity with these rocking Dr. Feelgood Ribs. The dr. Feelgood sauce is spiced with the Immunity booster hot sauce. Tingling your brains to make you feel good for a long time! Turn up the heat to eleven for some extra magic!

  • 1 slab of ribs
  • Traeger beef rub at taste
  • spring onion garnish

Dr. Feelgood sauce

  • 4 Tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1.5 Tbsp. Immunity booster by Raijmaekers heetmakers see notes
  • 1 tsp. mustard
  • 1 tsp prepared horseradish


  1. Prepare your BBQ for an indirect session at low temperature (between 80°C and 110°C). Work with Hickory Pellets or chunks (depending on your BBQ).

  2. Remove the membrane from your ribs and rub them thoroughly with the Traeger Beef Rub (no mistake at all! It's a delicious all purpose rub)

  3. Smoke the ribs during 2hrs. on low temperature. Meanwhile you can mix the ingrediënts for the dr. Feelgood Sauce. 

  4. Mop the ribs with your dr. Feelgood sauce and turn up the heat to at least 250°C.

  5. Grill your slab of ribs during 10 minutes. Turn frequently to prevent them from burning. They need to bake themselves golden brown in the grease of the mayonnaise. 

  6. Sprinkle with some fresh drops of lemon at taste and garnish with some freshly cut spring onion!

If you can't get your hands on this hot sauce. You can try by mixing some lemon juice, gin, and jalapeno pepper under the Mayonnaise, mustard and horseradish..
