Thai Oxheart cabbage salad

  • 1/2 Oxheart cabbage
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 sweet bell pepper
  • 1 twig thai cilantro
  • 1 spring onion

Voor de dressing

  • 2 tsp yuzu paste
  • 2 tsp kewpie or mayonaise
  • 2 tsp cider vinegar
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp ground pepper


  1. Slice the oxheart cabbage, sweet bell pepper and grate the carrot.
  2. Mix the ingredients for the marinade with a blender and pour over the salad. Put aside for one hour.
  3. Finish with some freshly shredded thai cilantro and spring onion.
  4. Serve with a delicious piece of meat like the Oriental Assassin hot ribs. Have a nice meal!
