Ingredients
500mlBlind Pig Smoked Apple Cider
500mlBlond Ale
1/3cupgranulated sugar
1TbspSriracha
1TbspPeri Peri Sauce
4bay leaves
2twigsrosemary
1/3cupcider vinegar
1/3cupkosher salt
Instructions
Take a large bowl: add the blind pig smoked apple cider, blond ale, sriracha, peri peri sauce, cider vinegar, salt and sugar. Stir through until all flavors are combined and the salt and sugare are dissolved.
Add the bay leaves and rosemary. Put the chicken in the bowl and add water untill the chicken is covered in brine.
