Korean Shrimp Skewers - gochujang marinated
The full mildly spicy taste of gochujang, the sweetness of mango, the saltiness of the fish sauce, the lime acidity. It probably won't get more tropical than these Korean Shrimp skewers. A simple meal that does perfectly as a snack or served with some fried rice as a tasty full meal.

For the marinade 150 ml water 10 gr fish sauce 2 tbsp gochujang 1 tbsp mango jam 1 tbsp lime juice 1 tbsp mint 1 tbsp coriander 1 tsp cumin seed ground Finishing lime juice to taste lime zest to taste
BBQ time Prepare your BBQ for a direct session at medium temperature (+-200°C).
Remove the shrimps from the marinade and place them on a soaked skewer stick.
Grill the shrimps on the BBQ for about two minutes on each side (until they turn nice pink/orange).
Serve on a plate with lime zest and some freshly squeezed lime juice. Enjoy!
