Thaise spitskool salade – lekker verfrissend
So it looks like you loved the Oriental Assassin ribs . Why wouldn’t you! Spicy ribs are “Da Bomb”. But while eating them it’s nice to have a refreshing salad to eat as a side. This Thai Oxheart Cabbage salad is the ideal combination to serve with some spicy food. The Dressing made out of yuzu, cider vinegar and honey are a perfect match to cool down after a bite. Served with a cold beer and you”re good to go.
- 1/2 Oxheart cabbage
- 1 carrot
- 1 sweet bell pepper
- 1 twig thai cilantro
- 1 spring onion
- 2 tsp yuzu paste
- 2 tsp kewpie or mayonaise
- 2 tsp cider vinegar
- 2 tsp honey
- 1 tsp ground pepper
Slice the oxheart cabbage, sweet bell pepper and grate the carrot.
Mix the ingredients for the marinade with a blender and pour over the salad. Put aside for one hour.
Finish with some freshly shredded thai cilantro and spring onion.
Serve with a delicious piece of meat like the Oriental Assassin hot ribs. Have a nice meal!
