Korean BBQ Edamame boontjes
Korean BBQ Edamame will help you grow your status as BBQ legend amongst your friends and family. These Japanese soy beans will make your guests feel like a kid again. - 200 gr Edamame beans
- 1 Tbsp Oil
- 1 Tbsp gochujang paste
- 1 Tbsp ketjap manis
- 2 tsp lime juice
- Coarse salt
Defrost the Edamame beans and cook them in a vegetable broth for 5 minutes. Cool down in ice cold water.
Meanwhile mix the gochujang, ketjap manis and lime juice.
Bake the edamame beans until they’re slightly charred.
Pour over the gochujang mixture and let cook for another two minutes so the sauce can stick to the beans.
Sprinkle with coarse salt at taste and serve.
