I guess I don’t need to explain to most of you what the Alabama white sauce is and why you should make yourself a nice batch of this delicious Mayonaise based sauce! How to make Alabama white sauce
Get yourself a nice pile of wood/pellets to start your smokers! Once you’ve tasted this delicious Alabama white sauce you’ll be grilling wings quite often. And when you don’t you’ll be making the delicious Alabama white pizza I’m about to share with you!
Ingredients
- 1 cup Mayonaise
- 1/3 cup cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp dark syrup here I’ve used Ahorn syrup
- 1 tbsp prepped horseradish
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp pickled jalapeno peppers thinly chopped
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients thoroughly you can do this with a spoon or use a blender.
- Put the Alabama white sauce in the refridgerator for minimum 1 hr.

Ps.: don’t have the time or interest in making this sauce at home? You can buy this sauce. I haven’t tested it yet though.
